THE INTERNATIONAL CYBER POLICING ORGANIZATION BY DECREE NO WL 22/16.595
The Purpose is:
Article 2(bis) §1 to §15 of the CYBERPOL Decree Title of the Code approved by Royal Decree constitutes the activities of the organization by federal approval.
Art. 2 of CYBERPOL Organization: To ensure and promote the widest possible mutual international assistance between all international Cyber Criminal police authorities within the limits of the laws existing in the different countries and in the spirit of the “Universal Declaration of Human Rights”.
Art. 2 § 3 CYBERPOL identifies and Investigate International Cyber Crimes (ICC), cyber-threats and global cyber-crime trends in the contemporary cyber world of today.
Art. 2 § 6 The International monitoring and tracking of malevolent websites and IP’s containing illegal and harmful content capable of affecting the physical, emotional and psychological well-being of all Internet users.
To establish and develop all institutions likely to contribute effectively to the prevention and suppression of ordinary and advanced cyber law crimes.
Art. 3 of The Statutes
It shall be strictly forbidden for the Organization to undertake any intervention or activities of a political, military, religious or racial character.
